-Our four listings in New Orleans are in the most-coveted area of the city, Garden District and Uptown. They are in the safest areas surrounded by walkable restaurants, shops, galleries, coffee shops, universities, and parks all within steps to your front door.
-Our two listings in Atlanta are in a quiet, residential, family-driven neighborhood named Kirkwood. They are surrounded by lush trees, parks, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops and farmers markets. Only 7 minutes from the interstate I-20, and 10 minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes from Buckhead. You can also ride your bike on the smooth streets and there every major street has bike lanes, making it a pedaling- commuters' dream.

5 stars: "We had an excellent stay at Margeau's place. It looked exactly as depicted in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms were very quiet. The place was well equipped and provisioned. Margeau was very prompt in her communications and very helpful. When she heard our flight in was delayed, she offered to put food in the place so that we would have something to eat upon arrival. She also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. The house is only a couple of blocks from Magazine Street, with an endless array of shops and restaurants, and only a ten-minute walk from the St. Charles Streetcar line. There's also a bus stop a couple blocks away with bus service to the Canal Street area. A car isn't necessary but if you have one there are plenty of places to park."-Tony April 2024

Not only was it extremely clean, it was beautifully decorated and in a great locations - just blocks from shops and restaurants on popular Magazine Street. She was also friendly and very warm. I needed a bit more space to hang clothes since I came into town for a wedding and she immediately provided me with a portable clothes rack solving my problems. I definitely recommend her place."

5 stars: "We really loved our stay at Margesu’s studio. It is even more beautiful when you see it than the pictures. The place was spotless when we arrived and the it was filled with amenities, including coffee and a French press. The location was amazing, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops on Magazine St. But what we loved most was Margeau’s excellent communication with us as well as her recommendations. We really felt beautifully hosted and would definitely stay here again."
